Stone Bay Holdings (SBH) is an investment fund focused on a variety of undervalued real estate opportunities. These opportunities include re-performing and non-performing mortgage notes, apartment building, and direct lending secured by 1st liens on construction and rehab projects. 

Stone Bay Holdings' success is based on the prudent deployment of capital via our network of carefully-vetted providers who have a track record of excellent performance in each strategy or sub-strategy in our fund. Stone Bay Holdings employs risk-managed investment policies and guidelines to ensure our investors’ funds are well protected.
